The technician completed our job in a timely, professional manner at a reasonable rate. He came fully prepared to complete the job and we had to do absolutely nothing to prepare. He moved all furniture and knick knacks, thoroughly cleaned everything and cleaned up after the project. I was especially impressed when he saw something wasn't connected properly in my venting, he pointed it out to me and completed fixing it when it wasn't part of what he had to do. He even vacuumed a shelf in the kitchen when he noticed it as he was up on the ladder taking down the vent cover. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to friends family or anyone.

I did a Google search on air condition service companies that had experience with zone systems and Next Generation Air & Heat came up. I have recently had my final inspection of the installation of my new Amana Air Conditioner, Heat Pump, and Air Handler. I would like to commend the entire company for a job well done!

I did not feel any pressure to purchase; however ... My old AC system failed late Friday evening. The next morning I contacted my neighbor for the phone number of Next Generation Air & Heat because a year ago I saw and liked workmanship of the AC System which Next Generation installed for my neighbor. Plus, in talking with the installation crew, I liked their professionalism and knowledge.
Within a few hours Next Generation Air & Heat AC Tech Russ came. In working and talking with Russ I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and honest. I am not an AC expert; however I do have a good working knowledge of the workings of AC systems, common problems and fixes. In removing the cover and seeing multiple components badly corroded and fins crumbling off the outside units coils, along with the age of my system it was the end for my old system I informed Russ, to notify his company to give an estimate for a replacement system.
I was not expecting to be contacted until the following Monday. To my surprise John from Next Generation personally visited my home mid-morning the following day. John and I discussed my homes AC needs along with what I expected from an AC System. John was able to quickly set me up with the ideal system for my home that most importantly meets my AC system expectations.
Monday morning, Next Generations installation crew arrived and by midafternoon they had the old system removed and my new system up and running. I found them too, to be professional in their appearance, workmanship, and knowledge, and willing to answer all my questions. Their installation looks clean, and professionally done. They also keep their work site clean. My new AC system is cooling my home very nicely.

Mr. Lazaridis came in response to my call because the AC had stopped cooling. He inspected the unit, diagnosed the problem and gave me options for making the repair or replacing the unit. The two technicians arrived on time, were professional, knew what they were doing, answered all our questions and explained how to run our new air conditioner/heat pump and thermostat. We have used Next Generation before, have belonged to their plan for a couple of years and have been very satisfied when we needed service. This air conditioner/heat pump was almost 12 years old and had rusted out past the point of reasonable repair. This was discovered during our semi-annual checkup. Last summer we had an emergency call for repair on our air conditioner and they came out after hours in the middle of the summer and fixed it. They do not push to repair/replace something that does not need to be done. We definitely will continue to use them. As John as done in the past, he checks to make sure we were fully satisfied and his technicians had explained everything to us. They also do a beautiful clean-up!

The crew were extremely knowledgeable and on time. They showed up when they said they would and installed everything they said they'd install. They had to build some stuff from scratch and their work was better than the original. They were extremely neat and cleaned up all debris that they created from the installation. In all cases, the work they did was perfect to the point where you could not tell they had installed something. The finished work looked like it was part of the house. They explained everything they were doing and they thoroughly tested and retested everything they installed. After the installation was complete they took the time to explain the features of our new air conditioner and how to change filters, set the thermostat, etc. The price was competitive with other vendors in the area. A nice touch was the company president visiting the work site to look over their quality, installation, etc. I was left with the feeling that this company is going to take care of me and be with me for the entire life of our A/C system. We've already had the opportunity to use the system and it performs exactly as advertised. We're over the moon with NexGen and would recommend them to anyone needing A/C work.

Next Generation Air & Heat is a professional organization. Recently when our air conditioner needed replacing I started a search for a new contractor. My present contractor was OK but... So I clipped ads from the paper and started calling 7/8 different ads. I learn allot by talking to the sales or office person. Some were knowledgeable, some just answered to phone. I asked many technical questions, most said they would send someone out to review my system. I was not ready for that yet. I wanted to talk. I received a few good answers to my questions, the ones that answered them the best. I invited them to look at my old system and give a quote. Was I surprised - the quotes were all over the place, one gave me a very high verbal price then when I ask for a written quote he didn't (wouldn't) give me a quote but said he would beat anybody’s price by $100. Needless to say when I contacted owner John Lazaridis of Next Generation it was a professional experience. John came out inspected my system and gave many options that would save me money, he then crawled into the attic and inspected all of the ducts and ducting in a very narrow space. (no other contractor did that). We agreed on a price for new model A/C which was lower than 5 others. The test of a good manager is someone that does what he says he will do. John and his team are tops, in one day all was installed and clean up. The new system is really nice, easy to operate. I told a neighbor and he had John install a new system that saved him over a thousand dollars. My advice to any one looking for a new A/C -- Just call John and save yourself a lot of time.

The quote we received was fair, the warranty was optimal over estimates from other local companies, and we met the owner, John who answered all of our questions and was very professional. The installation team was respectful and worked in an efficient manner, wasting no time in completing their work. An e-mail was sent prior to installation with a picture, name of the staff that would be working in my home that day, and a statement of their criminal background checks were performed and when; they were on time and prepared, wore covers on their shoes and took the time to answer questions. There was no mess to pick up after they left. They instructed me on the use of the new thermostat and said if I had any questions not to hesitate to call them. The owner of the company, John also came by during installation and ensured everything was going along smoothly and asked if I had any questions. From the time Next Generation Air and Heat's personnel walked through our entrance, Richard and I were impressed with the clean cut appearance, identified immediately as NGA&HI personnel (very important and needed in today's society) wearing their neatly pressed gray uniform shirts with not only their company's name, but theirs as well. Next Generation is the only number I will or suggest to other when it comes to air conditioning needs. I was given a time of 9:00 am to expect them, at 8:59 they were in my driveway. The two gentleman and young lady introduced themselves and went straight to work. The job took six hours and they worked the whole time they were here. The only thing I seen work harder is ants at a picnic. They did everything they stated when the job was over they explained the new system a compared to the old one. When the job was finished the clean up was unbelievable, I would have to say it would come close to passing the white glove inspection. They did a top notch job, they set the bar to the next level. To the fine people at Next Generation Air and Heat, I say thank You. Our home AC system after 23 years of service finally failed at a level that repairing it was no longer an option. I took good care of the old system with a small back ground in air conditioning. I knew what had to be done to maintain and get the very most from a home air conditioning system.
So when it came time to buy a new system to include gas heat I started researching systems and warranties and reading one review after another in the local area. I spent hours learning what I felt I needed to make an informed decision on both hardware and the people who installed it.
I called Next Generation because a friend at work had them install his new system, and raved at how hard they worked the first time to get it done right. John said he would be at the house between 4 and 5 PM and guess what! He was. I Had a very good idea what I felt I should pay for this system after researching it and he was right on target and even included vent cleaning at no extra cost, I never felt once during order and contract phase I was being fed a sales line, It was up front, it was clear what was going in and how it would be installed.
Installation day, it was on time and they hit the ground running, the work shown great attention to detail, You know the little things that show pride in what someone does as an individual, this shows they hire the right people for the job not just someone putting in their time in at work and just getting by, but good old fashion Pride in what they do.
